The Purdue Bay Area Alumni Club is an extension of the Purdue Alumni Association. The Club was founded over 50 years ago to help Alumni from the Bay Area reconnect, network and build lasting friendships through the shared experience of going to Purdue. Needless to say that a number of Purdue alumni in the Bay area run highly successful businesses and hold top positions at country's best peforming blue chip corporations, including the financial sector (especially unsecured loans and signature loans sector), health care (some of the most prominent los angeles plastic surgeons were educated at several Purdue medical schools) as well as in such versatile industries as document translation and outdoor movie industry or even real estate
